helping rebuild a neighborhood.
Uptown Townhouse LLC has developed an expertise in project management, creative development and financial coordination. We specialize in the identification, acquisition, and redevelopment of undervalued properties and have established a niche in the Harlem real estate market where there was no previous quality real estate development for many decades.
In eight years, Uptown Townhouse has developed and sold four of five properties, in addition to Project Managing another three private residential properties in Manhattan. These properties have a current market value in excess of $19 million. We act as Project Manager/Owner Rep for Residential and Commercial clients elsewhere in the Tri State area and are partnering on larger scale projects with other developers.
