LLC is a development firm which was formed to rebuild abandoned properties
in Manhattan while providing the unattainable in NYC - affordable space. Actually,
twice the space for half the price that an owner would expect to pay below
96th street, while still recieving quality construction and finishes. We have
developed an expertise in project management, creative development and financial
coordination, creating luxury residential properties in Harlem. UPTH specializes
in the identification, acquisition, and redevelopment of undervalued properties
and we have established a niche in the Harlem real estate market where there was
no previous quality real estate development for many decades.
Formed in 2001, Uptown Townhouse is focused on maximizing profitability for it's investors by developing desirable residential space in Harlem - offering luxury loft like renovations, the finest appointments and inspirational architectural in previously abandoned properties, and in effect, helping rebuild a neighborhood.
In six years, Uptown Townhouse has purchased 4 properties, and is currently developing three properties approximating a current market value in excess of $9 million. We are also managing projects for individual owners elsewhere in the Manhattan area and partnering on larger scale projects with developers who are looking to participate in the revitalization of this once overlooked neighborhood in Manhattan.
