A two-bedroom Hamptons cottage transformed into a four-bedroom retreat — without triggering a single town regulation. Bill designed and oversaw a vertical addition, adding two bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a rooftop deck with firepit and peek-a-boo ocean views, all while navigating Amagansett's strict HERS, septic, and pyramid rules. Completed in seven months during the height of the Covid lockdowns.
