A neglected Harlem SRO reimagined as a full two-family townhouse. With the owner based in Detroit, Bill managed every dimension of the project remotely — from design and permit acquisition through contractor selection and daily on-site oversight. The ground floor was opened to showcase the building's full width, while custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and specialty work in stonework, fireplaces, and low-voltage systems brought a new level of craft and character to the space.
