West 130th - Townhouse

From Vacant Shell to Modern Home

Uptown Townhouse's first investment project involved converting a building in such disrepair that the previous owner wouldn’t allow me inside. We rebuilt it into a 5,000 sq ft single-family townhouse, setting a record for Harlem townhouse prices north of 125th Street in 2003. Investors saw a 30% return in one year, and the buyer resold it seven years later for more than double the purchase price.
