A whole-property transformation completed in nine months before the Hamptons season started. The scope included an architect-designed office addition and the new front porch.Client added a pool expansion somewhere mid-project. But the kitchen was my realm. The idea was straightforward: take out the wall dividing the kitchen and entry area, tear out the existing closet and half bath, and replace them with custom entry cabinetry and a full wet bar/beverage center. What had been a segmented, underused space became a connected great room — kitchen, dining, entry storage, and bar flowing as one. Two skylights overhead brought in the light that made it all land.
