Upper West Side Triplex

An outdated 80s-era Upper West Side triplex stripped back and reimagined as an open, loft-style home. Bill led the full design, demolition, and reconstruction — modernizing the entry, opening the second floor, and adding a split-level bath and office in the rear extension. New bedrooms, laundry, and a reconfigured kitchen completed the transformation. All of it executed while a tenant continued living in the garden unit below.
