Bill Rohlfing has spent over two decades at the intersection of design, construction, and real estate in New York City and the Hamptons. A graduate of Pratt Institute with a background in sculpture, Bill brings a rare creative sensibility to the technical demands of complex renovation projects.
Having Developer Experience and getting his LEED AP, Bill understands both the financial and environmental dimensions of every project. Within the 33 projects portfolio, he has also personally developed five Harlem brownstones — several delivering over 30% ROI — giving him a developer's instinct that benefits every client he represents.
